Responsible for all aspects of modernization sales, including engineering, estimating, and project management for Connecticut, Massachusetts and Vermont operations.

Developed long-term relationships with general contractors and architects through consistent reliability, product and process knowledge and problem solving, thus leading to increased sales growth and enhancing the company’s reputation in the local market. Secured and managed several projects exceeding $1 million through product knowledge, negotiation sills, and design/build consultations. Assisted in all phases of construction projects from takeoff, submittals, order placement and delivery, crew scheduling and management, A/R’s and P&Ls.
Account Manager / Service Repair Sales: TKE, Inc.
Developed growth of the company’s service base throughout Rhode Island through multiple marketing strategies. Handled all aspects of existing customer service and repair situations, including managing all state inspections, repairs, upgrades, accounts receivable and contract negotiations. Coordinated all state required annual testing directly with field inspectors and R.I. Department of Labor and Training. Handled estimating and selling of all billable repairs and state violations requiring abatement.
